All products are sold subject to availability.

Orders are processed fresh to order and shipping timelines for each product are outlined on the product order page. No shipping timelines are guaranteed. 

Payment must be completed at time of purchase unless alternative payment terms are agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for proper storage upon receipt.

5. Returns

Due to food safety and traceability requirements, bulk pecans are not eligible for return once shipped and accepted.

If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours.

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and design, is the property of Prime Pecan, LLC and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Pecan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Buyer assumes responsibility for proper storage, handling, and use of products after delivery.
